Production Times

Production time is of maximum 3 business days. Occasionally there may be factors (special requests, vendor stock, back ordered materials, and high production volume) that might cause an order to be delayed. We rarely miss our delivery times however they are not guaranteed and do not include weekends, holidays or transit times.

Shipping & Rates

All artwork is packaged securely and shipped via USPS service. Transit times vary by region and range from 1 to 5 business days. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the production lead time of your item(s) and your shipping location. For expedited, bulk and international shipping options please contact us at info@alephcolors.com for a pricing quote. Please note that there some products that cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

Returns

All of our artwork is custom made-to-order to meet your selected specifications. All of our artwork is final sale and non-returnable. We do not accept any exchanges or refunds on all items purchased on the site.

 

Damaged or Flawed Items

Any damages incurred during transportation and delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@alephcolors.com to report an issue with any item. To help expedite the process please include the following information in your email:

1. Your order number,  2. A brief description of the problem, 3. A photo illustrating the issue.
